• Minimal Support for Provided Functionality: We may, at our sole discretion, provide basic assistance for bugs or issues in existing, documented features of the product
• Support is Discretionary: All support decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide any support whatsoever
• No SLAs: There are no service level agreements or guaranteed response times for any support requests

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or discontinue support at any time without explanation or liability.

No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By purchasing our product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the product, change of business needs, inability to use the product, or any alleged defects
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the product before purchase to ensure it meets your requirements
• No exceptions will be made under any circumstances

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for refunds, so the above may not apply to you.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the product at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for your intended use
• You assume all risks associated with using the product, including any risks not contemplated by this agreement

Cap on Liability: Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our application. You agree to immediately remove all links to our application upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our application, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website
